Deburring can be achieves simply and accurately by placing objects on the conveyor belt.

製品の特徴

  • Wet-etching that is free from both dust/heat-generation
  • Compact design with build-in tanks
  • Digital board-thickness adjustment which makes adjustment easy
  • Comes equipped with a water-removing roller (See figure below)
  • Also easy to reconstitute the buff surface due to the use of an easy dresser
  • Switching from lineless processing to hair-line processing via oscillation can be achieved through the simple flipping of a swith
  • Easy to carry out belt maintenance
  • Mounted on caster wheels which make moving the unit very easy
  • Easy maintenance access via the top-cover that can be opened/closed with a single touch
  • Standard equipment includes 1 cloth-buff location and 1 ceramic-buff location
  • Equipped with a safeguard to prevent reverse-rotation
